The objective of this project was to help CONUEE develop an energy efficiency program for Industry in Mexico.
This consultancy showed the Mexican team how could they based their program in the Portuguese version of the same program and aimed at a voluntary energy reduction scheme for industries across Mexico, using the integration of S317 consultants experience in Mexico.
Resultados
The Portuguese team designed and implemented a capacity-building program in the project to enhance monitoring skills of respective personnel, in the following areas:
• Program design and market intelligence
• Business model and financial impact estimation
• KPI design
• Program legislation design
• IT system design and implementation
• Training and technical assistance in the project
• Rollout and project follow-up
