S317 consultants designed and implemented the model of an energy agency for the Government of the state of de Minas Gerais, in Brazil.
The team developed from scratch the business model, and then the Energy Agency by itself, in Minas Gerais. Minas Gerais is the 3rd most important Brazilian state and aimed to implement an ambitious energy plan.
S317 members designed and implemented a transversal energy model that enhanced the usage of renewable energy and energy efficiency in the whole state.
