Revision of the Quality of Service Assessment system for the Portuguese Water Sector. 4th generation.

The project updated the Quality of Service Assessment system for the Water Sector in Portugal, in alignment  with the guidelines of the new national strategic plan for the sector, PENSAARP2030, as well as with the latest European targets, in the 4th generation of this assessment system of the Portuguese authority for Water and Waste regulation (ERSAR).
