Plan to Support Urban Sanitation under the Perspective of Emissions Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation (PLASU - AC)

The Plan, financed by the Portuguese Carbon Fund, includes the design of policies and strategies for the urban sanitation evolution, according to concerns about mitigation of GHG emissions, adaptation of infrastructure to climate change. The Plan included the definition of an implementation strategy, the capacity building of Institutions as well a WEB platform development for transfer and sharing of information.
