Description

Online platform of Portal ERSAR. It enables communication between ERSAR and water operators about the legal requirements concerning drinking water quality: submission and approval of Drinking Water Quality Control Programs (PCQA); report and correction of non-compliances; reporte and analysis of drinking water quality data.

Objectives

  • Disponibilizar informação a todos os níveis de gestão para suporte à decisão
  • Create a platform online to communicate in routine between drinking water operators and regulator

Results

 It annually generates 600 000 data that are the national reference database, which supports the evolution of the safe water indicator in Portugal, published in the sector report (RASARP projet)

Next challenges

Facilitate access to health authorities. Introduce the requirements of the risk assessment in the preparation of the PCQA.
