Description
This Training-Action project focuses on the qualification of employees in areas relevant to companies' strategies of innovation, internationalization and modernization.
The interventions focus on the binomial worker-company namely on workers skilss and their transfer to the workplace and on stimulating business good practices and the sharing of know-how.
