The Plan aims to support municipalities for revitalization of Municipal Units of Drainage and Sanitation Management, defining a characterization of the reference situation, eligible institutional solutions for the organization and services, proposed solutions, sizing and qualification of human resources and analysis of economic sustainability of services. The Plan included training and knowledge transfer.
