This intends the development of a methodology to define appropriate quality standards and barriers to apply to reuse projects, with a risk characterization based on semi-quantitative process supported on importance scales

Risk assessment model (microbial risk), which is an iterative procees that develops in five steps: Identification of hazards, identification of pathways, risk characterization (semi-quantitative process supported on importance scales), management (minimization measures) and risk re-assessment, quality standards definition.
