The consultants task was to help the Serbian Government in partnership with GIZ to define and detail the regulatory and IT instrument to implement and monitor the building certification scheme in Serbia.
Results
• Advising the Serbian Government on the design and implementation of the Building Certification Scheme
• Advising on the technical legislative framework to be implemented
• Implementation of the operational scheme
• Design of the experts certification process
