The main objective is to produce demand-responsive investment plans to meet the water supply and sanitation needs of Timor-Leste’s urban population in Ainaro, Suai and Maliana over the horizon period 2020-2030; and produce demand-responsive investment plans to meet the water supply and sanitation needs of Timor-Leste’s urban population in Ainaro, Suai and Maliana over the horizon period 2020-2030, in line with national development targets.
