Elaboration of Monographs, Integrated Development Scenarios and Strategic Plans for the Integrated Development of Water Resources of the Melúli, Monapo, Mecubúri, Ligonha and Motomonho, river basins, in order to provide information to ensure knowledge on the availability of water resources to meet future water needs for the supply to the population, irrigation and other purposes related to the socio-economic development and environmental conservation

Defining general and specific guidelines for the development of water resources at the level of river basins

Setting targets to achieve progressive levels of preservation and conservation of water resources within the basins

Developing programs and respective action plans necessary to ensure that those targets are met

Defining capacity building and environmental education required for the preservation of ecosystems and management of water resources
