Description
Development of the Master Plan and subsequent Detailed Design of an area of 190ha. This project included 1292 housing apartments distributed by 213 buildings with 3 different configurations. Also associated with the project was the design of 210 houses with 3 different configurations. Urban infrastructure design was also developed. The assignment included the preparation of Procurement Terms of Reference for the Geotechnical and Hydrogeological Prospection Studies.
Objectives
- Development of the construction design for the buildings and town houses.
- Infrastructures construction design for 190ha – first phase detailed design of the 800ha
- Construction of a 800ha greenfield urban development, including Master Plan for the whole area.
Results
The design was completed and the first phase construction is in its final stages of completion.
