Description
The design consortium, led by Opera had Iperforma Group as responsible for the projects of roads, water supply, wastewater drainage and treatment, and storm water drainage and management. DouroECI was responsible for conceiving and dimensioning the storm water drainage and management system – an integrated system of underground main sewers, artificial water streams and detention ponds that were integrated in the urban landscape.
