Implementation of the new regulatory model for the Portuguese Water and Waste Regulator (ERSAR)

One of S317 consultants has implemented between 2012 and 2015 a new regulatory model for ERSAR, the Portuguese water and waste services regulator, focused on the structural regulation of the sector and on the regulation of the operators’ behaviour.
