Water losses management - monitoring and decision support system

Continuous technical assistance on the implementation and management of a NRW monitoring software, including initial data collection and treatment, on 6 water supply municipal concessions of INDAQUA, covering over 580’000 inhabitants, 214’000 clients, with over 3’700 km of networks and 300 DMA’s. The project also included providing training to the users, assuring helpdesk support and continuous reporting.
