Infiltration and inflow management - monitoring and decision support system

Continuous technical assistance on the implementation and management of an I&I monitoring software, including initial data collection and treatment, on 4 wastewater supply municipal concessions of INDAQUA, covering over 415’000 inhabitants, 158’000 clients, with over 1’700 km of networks. The project also included providing training to the users, assuring helpdesk support and continuous reporting.
