Description
The technical assistance contract, which covers the Municipalities of Lubango, Chibia, Cacula, Quipungo, Matala and Jamba in the Province of Huila (79,022 km²), in southern Angola, has the main objective of ensure that EPASHuíla is a Performance-oriented, Financially Independent and Technically Sustainable Company, capable of complying with its legal obligations and with its Customers
Objectives
- Ensuring Efficiency in Production and Collection
- Assist EPASHuíla in the Supervision of the 3-year contract for the Operation and Maintenance of the systems built for Cacula and Jamba by the contract
- Ensure the continuity and quality of water supply to the population of its municipalities, based on existing systems
- Assist EPASHuíla in the consolidation of its structures and organizational process, as well as in the management and business plan
- Ensuring that the Financial Statements are independently audited each year and that the audit results are satisfactory
- Ensure that the cost recovery rate is at least 80%, based on pre-approved, solid and realistic budgets
- In a period of 4 years, ensure that EPASHuíla is a Performance-oriented, Financially Independent and Technically Sustainable Company

- Improved cost recovery rate;

- Consolidation of the structure and organization, as well as the management and business plan;
- Continuity and Quality of water supply to the population of its municipalities;
