Description
In a 50 years Concession Contract INDAQUA assume full operation and managment of the municipal water and wastewater systems provinding services 24/24 hours/day to 136.000 inhabitants. Under the contract INDAQUA is also responsible for: Investment in infrastructure expansion and upgrade, Operation and Maintenance of assets, Customer Service, including metering, billing and collection, development and implementation of services efficiency improvement programs.
