Brazil Policy Dialogue on Water Governance

The Brazilian National Water Agency requested OECD to carry out a policy analysis providing support to the reorientation of water policies in Brazil. The contribution of IST had four main objectives: i) assessment of the multi-level; ii) assessment of the performance and capacity of the states; iii) assessment of the effectiveness of coordination instruments; iv) suggest policy recommendations and an Action Plan to improve Brazil’s water governance
