Description
The São Pedro dam, located on the São Pedro stream, has a reservoir with a storage volume of 10.8 hm3 and is integrated into the Alqueva Global Irrigation System. It allows the use of the inflows of the river basin itself, but is fed essentially by the transfer of the Guadiana River, through the Adductor System of Pedrógão.
