Detail design and technical assistance for the Odelouca Dam to supply drinking water to the eastern Algarve. 

 

Dam: Embankment zoned, 76m Height, 418m Crest length, 770000m3 Excavation volume, 2200000m3 Embankment volume

Flood spillway: frontal intake with 3 segment gates, Terminal structure: Ski jump, 1455m3/s Design flow (5000 years return period), 40000m3 Concrete Volume

Bottom outlet design flow 53.90m3/s
