Technical Assistance for the Preparation of Regulation and Guidelines for the Management and Water Supply in Situations of Water

This assignment included an analysis of the impact of climate change on drought events in the region, as well as a benchmark of good international practices so that the resulting products (Regulations and Guidelines) can be aligned with the best examples of institutional management and of the instruments used for emergency situations due to water scarcity.
