Technical Assistance to the National Institute for Water Resources of Angola

The project and aimed to assist the institutional development of the National Institute for Water Resources of Angola, supporting all its technical activities, human resources management and institutional procedures, namely:

- Institutional assessment;

- Technical support;

- On-job training;

- Application of an economic and financial regime for the water uses;

- Establishment of procedures, rules and manuals;

- Developing information systems;

- Contracts assessment and support.
