Technical Assistance to Águas de Santiago: Training and Reinforcement of Commercial and Operational Management

Regarding technical assistance Águas de Santiago (AdS) has acquired a client management program, AQUAmatrix, developed by EPAL and marketed by INCentea. it was not possible yet to fully operate the AQUAmatrix, due to the conditions of the Island of Santiago, making it necessary to define and implement strategies for the management and control of water losses in order to generate  value-adding features of economic and ecological nature of higher ecological efficiency for better performance. 

• To be provided by AdP International aims to ensure that AdS will be properly prepared in terms of organizational and procedural terms

A complete diagnosis was presented:
-to the organizational model and a SWOT analysis was performed on the existing model and 2 alternative scenarios;
-to all customer interface interfaces, from physical to digital;
-the procedures of the commercial area, reviewing the most relevant;
-the new procedures of the commercial area;
-to the interface model between all existing IT applications in AdS.

Analysis of Aquamatrix interfaces with the remaining AdS Functional Areas.

Monitoring of the company´s Management Planning and Control structure and the monitoring of environmental performance and quality of service, through:
• Functional evaluation of defined transversal processes and identification of possible areas for improvement;
• Revision and/or elaboration of the structure of management indicators, quality of service and process, redesign of indicators maps and elaboration of performance reports for the different final beneficiaries;
• Capacity building actions.
