Description
The 14th Water Congress was dedicated to the theme "Water Resources Management: New Challenges". This theme, such as those related to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (ODS), have never ceased to be current over time. In this context, the Water Congress is the right forum to discuss Water Resources Management at various levels, requiring organizational changes and actions that minimize these problems in the future.

Results
In this edition we had about 300 participants among researchers, students and technicians of water resources several from Portuguese-speaking countries. It also counted with more than 150 papers, five panel discution and a lecture with the representative of International Water Resources Association, a poster exhibition and a technical exhibition were held.
