Management Contract for Capacity Building, Operation and Maintenance Cunene Water and Sanitation Utility (EASC)

AdP – Águas de Portugal implements the contract with a technical team of 12 experts specialized in Management, Commercial, Maintenance, Operation, Training, Procurement and Social Development who work in the Province of Cunene for 3 years, for implementation of a technical assistance contract to the Cunene EP Water and Sanitation Utility (EASC) to improve the levels of service provided to the population with regard to the production and distribution of water for human consumption.

• Ensure the economic viability of the company's commercial area.
• Transfer knowledge to technicians and trainees.
• Acquisition and supply of spare parts, operational equipment and consumables (fuels and chemicals).
• Strengthen the company's capacity and support the technical and management areas.
• Operate and maintain company facilities and infrastructure.

Administrative and Financial Department implements operational procedures.

Department responsible for Engineering assisted and prepared for the implementation of operational procedures.

Technical Department implements operational and maintenance procedures.

Commercial Department implements the commercial procedures for the company's financial autonomy.

Board of Directors supported in day-to-day activities, focusing on organizational and management procedures.

Ensure effective capacity building and knowledge transfer for the sustainability of the results achieved in the contract.
