EVOLUTION OF WATER SERVICES IN PORTUGAL (1993-2017)
Portugal has undertaken an integrated and consistent reform of water. The necessary conditions for the generalization of the population's access to services were created. To accomplish this state, Portugal defined a new "public policy" for these services. This public policy was based on a holistic and global approach. The results are generally very positive. There is widespread international recognition of this success.
