Simbiente Azores is a regional company established in 2009 as a result of the activities and accumulated experience of Simbiente (spin-off company from the University of Minho), being a specific structure to work at the Azores region and other similar territorial contexts.
Its concept is focused on working in the interface between research activities and the market, namely in the fields of Environmental Engineering and Biotechnology - transforming knowledge in applied innovation and enhancing it as an instrument for solving challenges and concrete needs.
This positioning allowed us to incorporate the innovation in services and products associated to a set of subjects which are nowadays our fields of action, namely:
