COBA is a company of Engineering and Environmental Consultants, founded in 1962.

COBA provides engineering consultancy services ranging from basic and planning studies, technical, environmental and economic feasibility studies, design and construction design, works supervision and project management, up to operation control and behaviour monitoring.

For this purpose, COBA relies on highly specialized multidisciplinary teams in its several areas of activity, from civil engineering - planning, geotechnics, structures, hydraulics - to electromechanical and mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, agronomy and natural sciences, enabling the provision of state-of-the-art services and the preparation of studies / projects in an integrated manner.
